I have always loved to bake. After being diagnosed with Celiac Disease, I had to learn to bake all over again., But being gluten-free wasn’t enough. I wanted it to taste delicious, gluten-free or not.

Now, I want to share these treats with those around me who are also gluten free. From donuts, to pies, breads, savory and sweet, we make everything fresh to order.

Cakes and Pies

From chocolate to vanilla bean, yellow cakes, to carrot and German chocolate and cheesecake you dream it up, we will make it for you. Pies with flakey gluten-free crusts, apple, berry, pecan, pumpkin, chocolate, banana cream, and coconut cream. Ask for prices for your specific request. 3 Day notice required.

Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter, Oatmeal, Lemon Shortbread, Peppermint Shortbread, Biscoff and Biscotti . Great cookies do not require gluten. Most varieties are available next day. $18-$20 a dozen.

From artisan garlic or herb loaves, to rolls, flatbreads, scones, quick breads like banana or lemon blueberry loaf. Cinnamon rolls, Carmel and Orange rolls, all made to order. 3 Days notice required.

Special high-quality ingredients are used in all of our baking, including a wide variety of gluten-free flours to make the perfect blends for each item. These are far more expensive than traditional wheat flour. Most gluten-free items are best consumed fresh.

Cakes

Requires a minimum of 3 days notice

Famous New Yorks Style Cheesecake- this item can have a chocolate or graham cracker crust. and can be plain, or topped with chocolate sauce strawberry or cherry sauce. - $45

Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate Bunt Cake- This is a rich and dense chocolate cake with semi-sweet chocolate chunks. This is not a cake for the faint of chocolate. Can have a chocolate ganache or powdered sugar. - $40

Chocolate Peppermint Torte- Peppermint shortbread crust with a dark chocolate filling .- $35

Fresh Fruit Tart- Chortbread crust filled with Cream Cheese filling and topped with fruit in season. $45

Fillings- any frosting or chocolate mousse, Vanilla Banana or Coconut Custard,

Round Cakes- Chocolate, Vanilla, Confettie, Yellow, Lemon, Strawberry and Carrot in 6" and 9"

Frostings- Vanilla Cream Cheese, Chocolate, Plain or Strawberry, Raspberry, Mint Buttercream,

Fillings- and frosting or vanilla, banana, coconut custard, chocolate mousse, german chocolate.

Pies-

Requires a minimum of 3 days notice

Pumpkin, Apple, Cherry, Pecan, Chocolate Mousse, Banana Cream, Coconut Cream, Citrus Mereinge $35

Breads-

Requires minimum of 2 days notice

Banana Bread- the bread that started it all. Moist and full of banana flavor in large or small loaf $10/ $18

Cinnamon Swirl- a rich, buttery loaf with swirls of sugar and cinnamon. $18

Cinnamon/ Orange/ Carmel Rolls- Sweet and full of cinnamon flavor, with cream cheese or plain icing $25 a dozen

Fillings- any frosting or chocolate mousse, Vanilla Banana or Coconut Custard,

Cookies-

Requires minimum 1 days notice

Chocolate Chip, Cranberry Almond Biscotti, Peppermint Shortbread, Lemon Shortbread, BIscoff style, Oatmeal Raisin sold by the dozen $18-$20

Donuts-

Requires minimum 1 days notice

Yellow cake or chocolate donuts- Chocolate glaze or Glazed with or without sprinkles. Sold by the dozen $20

We are working on yeast donuts but they aren’t quite ready.
